We kindly ask that all guests submit their RSVP by May 15th to help us finalize details with our vendors and ensure everything is perfectly prepared for the big day.

If we don’t receive your RSVP by the deadline, we’ll unfortunately have to mark you as unable to attend. This helps us stay on track with seating, catering, and other arrangements.

We understand that things come up! However, due to venue and catering deadlines, we may not be able to accommodate late responses. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if anything changes.

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, so we recommend arriving between 4:00–4:20 PM to allow time to park, find your seat, and get settled. We’re not sure if the World Cup will impact traffic that day, so please plan accordingly and give yourself a little extra time just in case!

We ask that you follow a black tie optional dress code for the wedding. We’re working behind the scenes to create a beautiful, formal evening, and we hope you’ll join us in making it special! Black tie optional means black-tie wear is welcome but not required. Gentlemen may wear a tuxedo or a suit, and ladies can wear a long dress or gown or elegant separates. Think of it as a chance to dress up, have fun, and enjoy a night out!

While we love that you want to capture this special moment, we kindly ask that you silence and refrain from using phones or cameras during the ceremony. Our professional photographers and videographers will capture every memory, so you can relax, be present, and fully enjoy the celebration.

We love your families and are so grateful for your support! For our celebration, we kindly ask that only children age 7 and up join us for the wedding day. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Due to the World Cup events happening in Kansas City, most hotels in the area were fully booked or priced well above average. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to reserve a block of rooms nearby. However, we’ve found a great alternative! We’ve arranged a 15% discount at Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Kearney, MO, which is just a short 15 minute drive from the venue. It was the only reasonably priced option with openings during our wedding weekend. We recommend booking early since availability may still be limited due to the World Cup!
